- urgency: Use urgent for active water, fire, unsafe conditions, or immediate property risk.
- serviceType: One restoration or construction service requested by the customer.
- serviceLocation: Street address or serviceable location description.
- state: Service is available in all 50 US states.
- details: Plain-language description of the loss and what the customer needs.
- callbackPhone: Phone number where the customer can be reached.

## Response Commitments
- Urgent: contact within 10 minutes, time-to-on-site guarantee of 60 minutes.
- Non-urgent: contact within 24 hours, on-site visit scheduled within 24 hours.
